By accessing or using pausetoviral.com ("the Website") or purchasing any service offered by pausetoviral ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Website or use our services.

1.2 Description of Services

pausetoviral provides YouTube monetization consulting services, including but not limited to:

• YouTube channel audits and analysis
• Custom growth strategy development
• Monetization roadmaps and ebooks
• Watch time and subscriber growth guidance
• Ongoing strategy management and check-ins (Pro plan)

All services are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and/or email. We operate exclusively in the domain of YouTube monetization consulting. We do not provide services for other platforms.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor or a third party, you accept full responsibility for compliance with these terms.

1.4 Service Delivery

Service delivery begins within 24 hours of confirmed payment receipt. Deliverables vary by plan:

• Starter: Ebook delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Growth: Channel audit and custom strategy delivered within 3–5 business days.
• Pro: Onboarding call and strategy document within 3–5 business days, with ongoing management thereafter.

Timelines may vary based on channel complexity and communication responsiveness. We are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information (channel URL, communication responses, etc.).

1.5 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your channel and goals
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Implement the strategies provided — results depend on consistent execution
• Not resell, redistribute, or publicly share any deliverables provided to you
• Not use our services to engage in any activity that violates YouTube's Terms of Service

1.6 Results Disclaimer

pausetoviral provides strategy and guidance. We do not guarantee specific subscriber counts, view counts, or monetization approvals by YouTube. Growth outcomes depend on a variety of factors including content quality, upload consistency, algorithm changes, and the client's execution of the plan. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including copy, design, structure, and branding — is the intellectual property of pausetoviral and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Deliverables (ebooks, strategy documents, roadmaps) are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be resold or shared publicly.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

pausetoviral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or channel penalties by YouTube. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

1.9 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. This may include:

• Your name and WhatsApp number (for communication and service delivery)
• Your YouTube channel URL (for audit purposes)
• Payment transaction references (we do not process or store card data)

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as passwords, government IDs, or financial account details.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely to:

• Deliver the consulting service you purchased
• Communicate with you regarding your order and strategy
• Follow up on plan progress (Growth and Pro plans)

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.3 Communication Channels

All client communication takes place via WhatsApp. By contacting us or purchasing a plan, you consent to receiving messages on WhatsApp related to your order and strategy. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

2.4 Data Storage

Client information is stored within WhatsApp's messaging infrastructure. We do not operate an independent database. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs the storage of messages on their platform. You can review WhatsApp's privacy policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

2.5 Website Analytics

This website does not currently use third-party analytics trackers. Standard server logs may capture IP addresses for security purposes. No personal data is collected passively through the Website beyond what is standard to web hosting infrastructure.

2.6 Data Retention

We retain client communication for the duration of the service engagement and up to 12 months thereafter for reference. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us on WhatsApp — we will comply within 30 days.

2.7 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

3. No-Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital consulting services, all payments made to pausetoviral are non-refundable. This applies to all plans — Starter, Growth, and Pro — and all individual transactions.

Once payment is confirmed, we immediately begin allocating time and resources to your service. As such, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to implement the strategy provided
• Dissatisfaction with the pace of results
• Inactivity or non-response on the client's part
• YouTube algorithm changes affecting performance
• YouTube's rejection of monetization application

3.2 No Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not available. There is no pro-rated refund for partially consumed services (e.g., if you purchase Pro but disengage mid-way through). The full purchase price is charged and collected at the time of sale.

3.3 No Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback is a violation of these Terms. pausetoviral reserves the right to permanently suspend service and take appropriate action against clients who initiate unauthorized chargebacks.

3.4 Pre-Purchase Responsibility

It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms, including this No-Refund Policy, before making any purchase. We encourage all prospective clients to ask questions via WhatsApp before purchasing to ensure the service is the right fit. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this No-Refund Policy.

3.5 Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy. We do not issue refunds in cases of hardship, technical issues on the client's device, or any other circumstance. If you experience a genuine technical failure on our end that prevents delivery of your service entirely, we will re-deliver the service — not issue a refund.
